Neurodiversity Champions
-
Dream it.
Up to 1 in 4 of us are neurodivergent, but despite this only 1 in 10 employers say that they consider neurodiversity in their recruitment practices. At Starling, we want to improve access and inclusion for neurodivergent people.

-
Build it.
Working together with other lived experience experts, our Neurodiversity Champions create practical resources for organisations to increase awareness of neurodiversity and become more neurodiversity friendly.

-
Change it.
With access to free training, mentoring and support, our Champions can make a difference whilst developing their own skills. You can become a champion by contacting us and chatting to one of our friendly team.

“Since becoming a champion, it has given me the confidence to speak louder about neurodivergency and the role we as people with lived experience play in our own advocacy.”
— Kitty, ND Champion
