Young People’s Wellbeing

For ages 10-17

Our sessions are all about you!

At Starling, come as you are, we’ll meet you where you’re at. Find space to express, explore, and be listened to. Have fun getting creative, making friends, and sharing what makes you unique.

Current Offer

We offer wellbeing sessions for neurodivergent (ND) young people, who may or may not have a formal diagnosis. The majority of our participants attend or have attended mainstream school.

We currently run projects in Ashton, Sale, Altrincham and Urmston, catering to age groups of 10-13 and 14-17. These sessions are free to attend, and no advanced sign-up is needed.
