What?
Our workshops explore wellbeing strategies for neurodivergent young people. We like to focus on building social connections and using different creative outlets for emotional regulation and self-expression.

Who?
Sessions are led by creative facilitators who explain and adapt activities to the interests and needs of the young people. An assistant facilitator offers support in engaging the young people in activities and socialising with each other. All our facilitators have lived experience with being neurodivergent.
How to find us.
Tram: The nearest tram stop is Altrincham.
From Piccadilly Gardens, take the Purple Line, or the Green Line from Market Street towards Altrincham. Trams depart every 12 minutes, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the Altrincham stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to The Hub.
Bus: The closest bus stop is Altrincham Baptist Church serviced by the 288 and 284, it is then a 2 minute walk to The Hub.
The next closest is the Sainsbury’s stop on route of the 284, 730, 731 and 753, which is then a 4-minute walk.
From Piccadilly Gardens, the 263 bus runs to Altrincham Interchange. Buses depart every 20 minutes, and the journey takes approximately an hour. Alight at Altrincham interchange, it is then a 10-minute walk to The Hub.
Train: The nearest train stop is Hale, which is a 7-minute walk to The Hub.
The next closest is Altrincham, which is a 10-minute walk.
From Manchester Piccadilly Station, take the train to Chester, alighting at fourth stop, Hale. Trains run hourly, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. It is then a 7-minute walk.
There is also a train to Altrincham that leaves Manchester Piccadilly hourly, taking approximately 25 mins. Upon arrival, it's about a 10-minute walk to The Hub.
Parking Options: There is a small car park at the front of the building. Limited road parking may also be available.
