Founder & Lead Trainer
I’m a facilitator, trainer, and creative practitioner with a passion for making workplaces, schools, and community spaces more inclusive for neurodivergent people.
With over 15 years' experience in the charity and arts sectors, I’ve worked across youth services, education, and organisational development — always with a focus on participation, access, and belonging. I’m the founder of Starling, a neurodivergent-led youth charity based in Greater Manchester, and have delivered neurodiversity training to more than 1,500 people across a wide range of settings — from classrooms to boardrooms.
My training is rooted in lived experience, creative practice, and a commitment to practical change. Whether you're a large organisation or a grassroots team, I can help you build confidence, deepen understanding, and develop strategies that genuinely support neurodivergent people — both within your teams and the communities you serve.
